The rooms were cleaner that the hallways and lobby was so that was nice, we did arrive to having no toilet paper in the room; they resolved that in about a half hour. Restaurant was nice and had prompt service.

Bathroom Door, shower door, electrical outlets Did not work. Poor front desk service, not enough valet at entry. No Ramps at entrance. Overall very por experience for the $300 a night. Stayed one night. No water pressure.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was huge. The view was spectacular from 16th floor! Amazing. The Ciera Steakhouse was excellent! Again the people were very nice and always looking for ways to help and the room and hotel in general were very clean. Great location for conferences.

Easy to access, great staff and wonderful hotel. We came up for the Clay Walker concert and normally stay in our timeshare when we come up. No need with this location right in the middle of everything!

We were there only for the day and decided to stay the night. Booked a room last minute and the kind woman that helped us gave us a great rate along with a beautiful top floor room overlooking the lake and snowy mountains. Absolutely worth it. While the casino is really small, the staff, restaurants and bars were very friendly and hospitable. Great experience.
